- Top with sliced carrots. Cover and bake at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- Add fish fillets and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Bake covered at 375°F for an additional 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Stir the rice to combine.
- Top the fish with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
