- Cut the chicken breasts into pieces 1 1/2 to 2 inches wide.
- Combine garlic powder, dried thyme, Parmesan cheese, minced parsley, bread crumbs, and paprika in a paper bag.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the seasoning mixture by shaking the bag.
- Place the coated chicken in a baking dish and press any remaining seasoning into the chicken.
- Sprinkle the chicken with vegetable oil and melted margarine.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes.
- Pour Marsala wine over the chicken and cover with foil.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and raise the oven temperature to 350°F.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
