Ingredients

  • 10 oz. spinach or broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cooked and drained spinach or broccoli, cooked rice, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, soft butter, milk, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and thyme in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
