Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 10 to 12 fresh jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise
  • 10 to 12 large cloves garlic, halved lengthwise
  • 1 large sweet red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 bottles (17 oz.) white wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place parsley, jalapeno peppers, garlic cloves, red pepper strips, green pepper strips, and lemon slices into a large clean jar.
  2. Pour the white wine vinegar over the ingredients, ensuring they are fully submerged.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and store in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks.
  4. After 2 weeks, add additional parsley, peppers, garlic, and lemon slices as desired.
