Ingredients

  • 1 (4 to 6 lb.) beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coffee

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over the beef roast.
  2. Cover the roast or place it in a cooking bag.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
