Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups sliced potatoes, cooked firm
  • 1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Pat ground beef evenly in the bottom of a medium casserole dish.
  2. Layer cooked, firm sliced potatoes, sliced onion rings, and drained peas over the beef.
  3. Mix both cans of cream of celery and mushroom soups with water.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45 minutes.
