Instructions
- Form ground beef into 4 patties and place each on a large sheet of aluminum foil.
- Bring the sides of the foil up to hold other ingredients, creating a sealed packet.
- Peel carrots, potatoes, and onion.
- Slice the carrots, potatoes, and onion thinly.
- Place one slice of American cheese on top of each hamburger patty.
- Add the sliced vegetables on top of the cheese and beef patties.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place half a slice of cheese on top of the vegetables and seal the foil to form a tent-like packet.
- Place the foil packets on a cookie sheet and cook at 400°F for approximately 1 hour.
