Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a skillet. Add chopped onion and garlic powder, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add potatoes and water to the skillet. Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
