Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small can whole kernel corn
  • 4 cans whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck in a large boiler and drain excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked meat with the rest of the ingredients in an 8-quart boiler.
  3. Cook on medium heat until the chili is done.
  4. Add water to thin the chili if needed.
