Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cans minestrone soup
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: minestrone soup, Ranch Style beans, and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a crock-pot and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Serve hot with cornbread and a salad.
