Hogue Style Tacos are flavorful, hearty tacos featuring seasoned ground meat, smooth ranch beans, and zesty hot sauce, perfect for casual gatherings and comfort food lovers.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large tossed salad
  • Doritos corn chips
  • 1 container sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onion in a medium saucepan.
  2. Remove from heat. Blend beans in a blender until smooth.
  3. Add tomato sauce and hot sauce to the cooked hamburger mixture.
  4. Heat the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Serve over crushed Doritos corn chips.
  6. Top with grated Cheddar cheese, salad, and sour cream if desired.
