Holeless Doughnuts
Holeless doughnuts are soft, tender treats with a subtle sweetness, perfect for breakfast or snacks. They are quick to make and can be customized with cinnamon sugar coatings.

- Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
- Add butter, self-rising flour, and beaten egg yolks to the mixture.
- Mix until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 3 hours.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough into deep hot fat using a Fry Daddy or similar fryer.
- Fry until the doughnuts are brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- While still warm, place doughnuts in a bag with sugar and shake until coated.
- For some doughnuts, add cinnamon to the sugar mixture before shaking.
