Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. minced onion
  • 3/4 c. minced green pepper
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 1/2 c. cooked tomatoes or 2 1/2 cans
  • 8 oz. boiled spaghetti or macaroni

Instructions

  1. Cook minced onion in 3 tablespoons of oil until yellow.
  2. Add minced green pepper and sliced mushrooms; sauté until tender.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in salt, sugar, and cooked tomatoes or canned tomato sauce.
  5. Serve over cooked spaghetti or macaroni.
