Ingredients

  • 7 qt. tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 7 c. onions, chopped
  • 4 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric
  • 3 drops red food color

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all vegetables.
  2. Wash and sterilize 10 pint jars.
  3. Combine all ingredients and fill the jars.
  4. Cook in a pressure canner on 11 pounds pressure for 10 minutes.
