Homemade Chipotle Salsa

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces, weight Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/2 whole White Onion, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 whole Jalapeno
  • 2 whole Chipotle Peppers In Adobo
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 cups Cilantro

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in the food processor or blender.
  2. Pulse until everything is evenly blended.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
  4. (Add more chipotle peppers if you like it extra spicy)
  5. Remove from food processor or blender and refrigerate.
