Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz cooked and drained lasagne noodles
  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 30 oz jar Ragu sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, beaten egg, grated Parmesan cheese, and grated mozzarella cheese.
  2. Spread 1 cup of meat sauce into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Layer one quarter of the lasagne noodles, one third of the Ricotta mixture, and 1 cup of meat sauce.
  4. Repeat the layering process two more times: noodles, Ricotta mixture, and meat sauce.
  5. Top with the remaining ingredients, ensuring the final layer is mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 35 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
