Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
  • 10 oz. lasagne noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 3 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, beaten eggs, and black pepper.
  2. Brown the ground beef slowly and spoon off excess fat.
  3. Add the spaghetti sauce to the browned meat and bring to a boil.
