- Knead the mixture well and refrigerate for 4 days.
- Each day, take out the mixture, knead again, and return to the refrigerator.
- On the 4th day, knead the mixture and shape it into 4 rolls.
- Place the rolls on a rack and bake at 140°F for 8 hours.
- Turn the sausage every 2 hours during baking, then enjoy.
