Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 12 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine beaten eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Place cooked, crumbled sausage in a 1/2-quart baking dish.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage.
  4. Sprinkle green chilies over the egg mixture.
  5. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
