Ingredients

  • 4 beef top sirloins (4 oz. each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub each steak with 1 tablespoon honey.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and rub into steaks.
  3. Let stand for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Barbecue or broil the steaks to desired degree of doneness.
