Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of ketchup in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well with hands and form a firm round loaf.
- Place the loaf in a microwave-safe round casserole dish or similar.
- Spread the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on top of the meat loaf.
- Microwave on High, uncovered, for 21 minutes or until done, rotating the plate after 7 minutes.
