Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease a round pan (9 x 1/2-inch).
  3. Mix baking mix, whipping cream, sugar, nutmeg, and egg until dough forms.
  4. Gently smooth dough into a ball on a cloth-covered board, dusted with baking mix.
  5. Knead the dough 10 times.
  6. Divide dough into 16 equal parts.
  7. Shape each part into a ball.
  8. Place 12 balls around the edge of the pan and 4 in the center.
  9. Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
  10. Spread honey over the buns and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
