- Mix baking mix, whipping cream, sugar, nutmeg, and egg until dough forms.

- Knead the dough 10 times.
- Divide dough into 16 equal parts.
- Shape each part into a ball.
- Place 12 balls around the edge of the pan and 4 in the center.
- Bake until golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Spread honey over the buns and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
