Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. shredded mild cheddar cheese, finely grated
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, fine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley, fine
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onions, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and log shape.
  3. Mix chopped pecans and chopped parsley together.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in the pecan mixture until completely coated.
  5. Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled.
  6. Serve with crackers.
