  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or cashews
  • Ritz crackers
  • Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions

  1. Boil milk, raisins, and chopped nuts until thick, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Spread the mixture on Ritz crackers.
  3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 7 to 8 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool, then spread Cream Cheese Frosting on top.
