Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. melted butter
  • Tabasco sauce
  • garlic seasoning
  • 1 to 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
  • lemon juice
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Combine melted butter, Tabasco sauce, and garlic seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Place peeled raw shrimp in the bottom of a broiler pan and squeeze fresh lemon juice over them.
  3. Lay onion rings all over the shrimp and pour the butter sauce over both the shrimp and onions.
  4. Broil on one side for a few minutes until tender but not done.
  5. Turn the shrimp with a spatula and broil the other side for a short time until the shrimp are nice and pink.
