Hot!! Deviled Eggs are a spicy, creamy appetizer featuring classic flavors with a fiery kick, perfect for gatherings or as a flavorful snack for egg lovers.

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • dash of vinegar

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs with 1 teaspoon salt; when done, put in cold water to cool quickly.
  2. Peel eggs and cut them in half.
  3. Remove yolks and set whites aside on a serving tray.
  4. Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, a dash of vinegar, and cayenne pepper to make the filling.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the spicy yolk mixture and serve.
