Ingredients

  • 1 can apricots, drained
  • 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 jar apple rings, drained
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 stack crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Layer the fruit in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix the flour and sugar, then sprinkle over the fruit.
  3. Add the melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers, mixing them together.
  4. Sprinkle 6 tablespoons of reserved liquid on top.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
