Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 small onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • catsup or tomato soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 pimiento

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hamburger, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, salt, pepper, catsup or tomato soup, beaten egg, chopped mango, and diced pimiento.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about an hour, or until the meat is cooked through and the top is browned.
