Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/8 c. chopped hot peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a cake pan with nonstick shortening spray.
  3. Mix all ingredients until just moistened; batter will be lumpy.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until top is browned.
