  • 1 peck medium semi-hot yellow peppers
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 pint mustard
  • 1 pint vinegar
  • 1 1/2 pounds brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the peppers.
  2. Grind or process the peppers, including seeds.
  3. Process the onions until they are roughly chopped.
