Ingredients

  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups hot peppers, cut into rings
  • 1/2 pint Wesson oil
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 pounds beef wieners
  • 2 (32 oz.) jars catsup

Instructions

  1. Chop the wieners into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, wieners, and catsup in a large pot.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the hot peppers to the mixture.
  5. Cook until the peppers are slightly wilted.
  6. Pack the hot mixture into jars.
  7. Process in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
  8. Cool and store the jars.
