Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb macaroni
  • 1 can whole tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper; drain.
  2. Cook macaroni and drain.
  3. Combine cooked beef, macaroni, whole tomatoes, tomato paste, and chopped vegetables in a casserole dish.
  4. Top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for about 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
