Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup long cooking rice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place ground beef in a baking dish.
  2. Add rice on top of the beef.
  3. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the rice.
  4. Mix cream of mushroom soup with water until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the rice and beef.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes or until rice is cooked.
