Ingredients

  • potatoes, sliced
  • carrots, sliced
  • onions, sliced
  • celery, chopped
  • green peas
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced potatoes, sliced carrots, sliced onions, chopped celery, and green peas in the crock-pot in the order listed.
  2. Add browned ground beef on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour in two cans of mushroom soup over the ingredients.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook in the crock-pot all day, approximately 8 hours, until vegetables are tender and flavors meld.
