Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. In a 9-inch square pan, melt the butter.
  3. Stir in the pecans.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, salt, and Tabasco.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve.
