Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced turkey
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. broken nuts
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips or crackers

Instructions

  1. Mix together the diced turkey, minced onion, diced celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and broken nuts.
  2. Put the mixture into a large casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  4. Add crushed potato chips or crackers as a topping.
  5. Bake in a 425°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and golden.
