Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 tsp. parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3 slices fresh rye bread
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 3 Tbsp. canned milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ground pork, chopped onion, chopped parsley, egg, salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, canned milk, and crumbled bread in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and roll it in bread crumbs.
  3. Bake in the oven in fat until cooked through and browned.
  4. Serve hot or cold.
