Ingredients

  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, chopped onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and poppy seed in a bowl.
  2. Mix the combined ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until heated through and slightly golden on top.
