Hungry Jack Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 cans Hungry Jack biscuits

Instructions

  1. Dip each biscuit in melted margarine, then in sugar and cinnamon, then in chopped nuts and coconut.
  2. Stack the dipped biscuits on end in a tube pan, layering them to form the coffee cake.
  3. Pour any remaining mixture over the top of the biscuit stack.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 300°F (150°C) until golden and cooked through.
