Ingredients

  • 7 cups cucumbers, sliced thin
  • 3 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 green pepper, sliced thin
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, vinegar, celery seed, and salt to make the mixture.
  2. Pour the mixture over the sliced cucumbers, onions, and green pepper and let sit for 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and freeze.
