Impossible Chicken Broccoli Pie

- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease two 1 1/2-inch deep pie plates with cooking spray or butter.
- Rinse frozen chopped broccoli with cold water to thaw, then drain well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped boiled chicken, and chopped onion.
- Divide the broccoli mixture evenly between the prepared pie plates and spread out.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs, sweet milk, Bisquick, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the broccoli and chicken mixture in each pie plate.
- Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining cheese on top of each pie.
- Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
