- Cook ground beef and chopped onion until beef is browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt and spread the cooked beef mixture evenly in the pie plate.
- Sprinkle shredded fat-free cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- In a separate bowl, stir together Reduced Fat Bisquick, fat-free skim milk, and eggs until blended.
- Pour the batter evenly over the cheese and beef mixture in the pie plate.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or 30 to 35 minutes at high altitude, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
