Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 (No. 2) can whole kernel yellow corn
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can cream of tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Cook chopped onions and chopped green bell pepper with margarine in a frying pan for 5 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, stirring often.
  3. Add canned tomatoes, canned corn, cream of tomato soup, sugar, and salt to the pan.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in flour mixed with water and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
