Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon steak sauce
  • mustard

Instructions

  1. Saute sliced onion and chopped green pepper in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add ground hamburger and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce, drained corn, drained kidney beans, and add steak sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
