Indian Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix all together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 40 minutes.
