Instructions
- Blend together eggs, oil and vanilla.
- Stir in all the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly by hand.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Pour into two well-greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake in a 325° oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Keeps well in the refrigerator and freezes well.
