Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1-20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 1-8 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake until golden and cooked through.
  2. Immediately pour the prepared frosting over the hot cake.
  3. Cool the cake in the refrigerator for 5 minutes before serving.
