Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pita bread
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 or 2 cans sliced mushrooms
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. lean meat ham
  • 1 pkg. lean meat (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Slice bread lengthways and place on a cookie sheet, sprayed with butter flavor nonstick spray.
  2. Spread on pizza sauce to cover.
  3. Add mushrooms, onion, pepper and meat.
  4. Top with cheeses. Put in oven and bake at 375° for 10 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Contains 4 grams of fat per pizza.
