Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the lime jello, boiling water, salt, and sugar together and let it jell lightly.
  2. Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Pet milk, crushed pineapple, and pecans if desired.
  3. Chill the salad before serving.
