Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 20 oz. cooked spinach
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Put butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan and melt in the oven.
  3. Remove the baking pan from the oven.
  4. Beat eggs well in a large bowl.
  5. Add flour, milk, salt, and baking powder; mix well.
  6. Add grated Cheddar cheese, cooked spinach, and chopped onion; mix well.
  7. Spoon the mixture into the baking pan and level off the surface.
  8. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool for 45 minutes.
  11. Cut into bite-sized squares, approximately 3/4 to 1 inch each.
